Hi all,

Could somebody point me at the official location for the DRMAA source code please.
I have a binary drmaa-6.4.jar so it would be good to know which source this relates to.

Does anybody know where I can find this?

Many thanks,
Jon.

Dear Jonathan,

since DRMAA is an API specification, there is nothing like *the* DRMAA source code. You need to check with the original product vendor for this file. Since this is an implementation of the Java binding, I would guess that it came with a Grid Engine distribution.

If the file is from an old Sun version of Grid Engine, this may help:

http://gridscheduler.sourceforge.net/

From my understanding, these guys took over the development of the open source version.

Best regards,
Peter.

DRMAA usually comes with the products or from some
third party open source devs/vendors. There is no central
source code repository for all DRMAA implementations.

The naming schema does not imply that it is a Sun Grid Engine,
Oracle Grid Engine, or Univa Grid Engine version. The "strings"
command on the jar archive could help you to figure out more
out of the package naming structure.
