Hi Dominique,

thanks for all your support.

The licensing term were never finally clarified, and Sun no longer
exists. I talked to some people, and it seems like the DRMAA working
group can treat the code as its sole property.

For this reason, I just added a MIT license statement, which should be
open enough for all possible use cases.

Thanks and best regards,
Peter.
Dear Peter,
Thank you very much for all your efforts to make DRMAA successful.
I am using multiple DRMAA implementations on my Debian systems. They
all work great.
To insure stability of the implementations across different platforms
I would like to install the DRMAA test suite on my systems.
I am using the ogf.org repository (
https://forge.ogf.org/svn/repos/drmaa_testsuite ). One file
(test_drmaa.c) contains following lines.
/* This file is based on original code from Sun Grid Engine 6.
Sun Microsystems Inc. gave written permission for the
redistribution of this changed version under the
Open Grid Forum licencing terms (see www.ogf.org).
The responsible author is Peter Tr<F6>ger
<peter at drmaa.org>.
*/
Unfortunately this isn't very clear to the end user what license
applies to the drmaa_testsuite. It would be great if you could add a
LICENSE file to the directory.
Best
